Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-24
1. The agreement
By creating a Fedelo account or joining a Fedelo loyalty program, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who can use Fedelo
You must be at least 14 years old to join a loyalty program, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your province) to run a business account.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don't share your password. Turn on Google/Apple sign-in if you want passwordless.
- Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Fedelo to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), harass people, upload malware, scrape the platform, or evade rate limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. SMS & CASL
Fedelo sends transactional messages (verification codes, booking confirmations, EOD summaries) as needed. Marketing messages are only sent to members who ticked the consent box, and always include a way to reply STOP.
6. Payments & fees (Business accounts)
Businesses pay a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription based on their active membership tier. Fees are billed through Stripe. Non-payment may pause your dashboard until it's resolved.
7. Ownership of data
Your data is yours. Each Business owns the personal information of its own members; Fedelo processes it on their behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't promise 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced when possible.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fedelo's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time (email us). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive, or are unpaid.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
